The east side of Strawberry Reservoir has opportunities for you to own property. There are five established subdivisions, generally 1 acre lots. Utilities vary, all have power, some landline phones, all have culinary water. Strawberry Cove is in development.

North of Hwy 40 is a 272-acre tract of land that will suit the fancy of one looking for true exclusion. See large parcels.

Access for cars is seasonal. Snowmobiles or track vehicles will get you where you need to go in winter. This area is busy year-round. Pontoon boats are popular, ice fishing must be addictive, as there is no shortage of fishermen anytime.
